Each program is uniquely designed and may include personalized diet plans, holistic wellness guidelines, therapeutic recipes, journaling prompts, and mindset practices — all tailored to your individual health goals and lifestyle.
Program lengths vary depending on your goals. Some are single sessions like Nourish Now, while others unfold over 6–12 weeks or more. This is something we discuss during your discovery call.
Yes. I am committed to walking this journey with you. I offer check-ins and communication via text/WhatsApp between sessions for ongoing guidance and emotional support
What if I do not live in India?
All programs are available online and adapted to your time zone, making it easy to access support from anywhere in the world.
Absolutely. Many clients combine programs like Breakthrough Coaching with Nourish or a Natal Journey plan for comprehensive support. We will design what serves you best.
Yes. My natal programs are specifically designed to support women through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum with safe, nourishing, and holistic care.
While I do not offer medical treatment, I work alongside your medical care and tailor the program to support your healing through nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle shifts.

About Aradhana
My name is Aradhana Misra, and I created Ruhe Life for individuals who are done chasing shortcuts, and ready to feel whole. As a certified Mind Body Coach with formal training in Hatha Yoga, Macrobiotics, and a foundation in Ayurveda, my work guides clients through practices that reconnect them with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and create sustainable inner change. I am a wellness educator who works at the level of the body, mind, and energy system—because change happens when we address all parts of you, not just the symptoms.
My coaching draws from time-tested wellness systems to support the physical body through food, lifestyle, and holistic wisdom. These tools help restore balance, improve digestion, regulate hormones, and support long-term vitality. Alongside that, the work includes energy and awareness based tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Reiki, Access Consciousness, Vipassana, and Journey Work to address emotional patterns, stuck energy, limiting beliefs, and deep-rooted stress.
This is not just coaching.It is a whole-person approach designed to help you feel grounded, clear, and fully yourself—inside and out.
My Turning Point
About twenty years ago, life unfolded in a way I had not planned for. I was fresh out of grad school with a Msc in Finance from Rochester, NY, newly married, and working at an investment firm in Delhi, and everything seemed “on track.” Then, life took a different turn. Two complicated pregnancies meant months of bed rest and years of living in survival mode. Fatigue, pain, hormonal chaos, and emotional burnout slowly reshaped how I lived and cared for myself. While the world kept moving, I had to pause and in that pause, something shifted.
Everyone around me offered quick fixes and prescriptions, but I chose a different path. I turned to nature and began exploring approaches that supported all of me, starting with food, rest, and a deeper connection to my body. Over time, my body became my guide. I began to study, train, and make intentional choices that helped me rebuild an inner life that finally felt like home.

Why I Do This Work
Looking back, the last two decades have been filled with deep learning, growth, and an inner strengthening that continues to shape how I live and coach today. I share tools that have worked for me, and offer the kind of guidance I once wished someone had extended to me. While I eventually found support, it came only after years of searching, asking questions, and slowly piecing things together. What I offer now is everything I learned and more, distilled into clear, compassionate coaching.
Today, I work with individuals who are truly ready to commit to themselves, because this work takes presence and intention. If your energy is low, your body feels unfamiliar, or you are tired of holding it all together, this might be the space where things start to shift. I currently consult as a freelance coach with Phoenix Hospitals, All In Running, and ProHealth Asia in New Delhi, while continuing to offer one-on-one sessions through Ruhe Life.
